The Hall
The village hall is available for hire for parties, events and other uses. There’s a well equipped kitchen, and full disabled access. Amongst other things, it gets used for art classes, yoga, dances, music and all sorts of community events (Family Parties, Young Farmers Pantomimes & Race Nights, Furniture Painting) .
Re-vamping the play area:
SPRING 2021 UPDATE Has been completed over the winter, and children are thoroughly enjoying the new equipment.
Thank you to everyone who gave their views about the play area by chatting to us or completing our survey. We’ll be posting a summary of what you told us on the village website very soon. The next step is to invite a play area designer to give us some ideas and costs, then the hard work of fundraising will start. If you’d like to help, contact Di on 217216

Book Swop/Sale
The Committee have set up a Book Swop/CD/Jigsaws/DVDs in the Village Hall and this is available to those attending any events.
Coffee & Chat – every 4th Thursday, commencing 27th May, 2021 (All dates are publicised on the Village Noticeboards, posts on this site and the North Dalton Facebook page ). The morning offers an opportunity for catch up with neighbours and friends, over a toasted tea cake and hot drink.
